Honesty, patience, and respectable understanding as a team is key to having a successful location. If the Owner of the location isn’t open to suggestions that can help the company it becomes a one way street and there is no improvement. Massage Envy is a ok to start as an intern to get experience, but as you age with the company it becomes questionable with long term growth.
